As a young company with a product as universal as our PNC force sensing material, our customer requirements are just as dynamic as we are. We do not think in standard applications, we adapt and enable individual solutions. 

How it all started

NanoSen is a spin-off of the Technical University of Chemnitz in Germany, focused on bringing PNC force sensing materials out of the laboratory and into the market.

EXIST Transfer of Research funding

In October 2022, NanoSen started with 18 months of initial funding provided by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

Early Phase Product Development 

Over the course of the first couple of years, NanoSen presented several product designs at international trade fairs to test product viability.

Company Founding and Market Entry

The NanoSen GmbH was founded in January 2024, being able to go to market with its PNC force sensing material and other FSI products.
